Airgas, Inc. introduced a full line of RadnorŽ
brand MIG guns. The five guns are suitable for 100 to 500 AMP machines and are
designed to accommodate light-, medium- and heavy-duty applications.

"The Radnor MASTER 450 by TwecoŽ is rated 450 Amps at 80% duty cycle on Argon/C02 mixed gases and is designed for spray and pulse spray welding," said a company spokesperson. "Gun amenities include: a metal-jacketed conductor tube for durability, heat dissipation, and longer consumable life, metal coil strain relief on both ends for eases of movement and flexibility, and an adjustable conductor tube for improved out-of-position welds and added welder comfort. Additional features include a one-piece, blade-style trigger assembly, four trigger wires and a thermoplastic handle to help minimize downtime and allow for expedited repairs."
The line also includes two exclusive RadnorŽ PRO designs-the Radnor PRO 130 and Radnor PRO 250 guns. The Radnor PRO 250 is designed to accommodate short arc, spray and pulse spray welding applications. The gun is rated 250 Amps at 80% and 320 Amps at 35% duty cycle on Argon/C02 mixed gases, according to the company. A factory-crimped cable hose allows for current carrying efficiency, while front- and rear-coiled metal spring strain relief eases movement and provides flexibility. This lightweight gun features an ergonomic handle, adjustable metal-jacketed conductor tube, and CE Certification that includes testing for safety, duty cycle and proper insulation.
The Radnor PRO 130 is rated 130 Amps at 80% and 190 Amps at 35% duty cycle on Argon/C02 mixed gases. It is designed for small MIG machines from 100 to 180 Amps. The lightweight and ergonomically designed gun features a durable bladed trigger with lifetime warranty, a rubber jacketed conductor tube, and CE Certification that includes testing for safety, duty cycle and proper insulation, according to the company.
Also included in the line-up are the Radnor by Tweco 250 and 400 MIG guns designed for light- to medium-duty general-purpose welding and fabrication applications. They are rated at 60% duty cycle on Argon/C02 mixed gases and feature a metal-jacketed conductor tube for rapid heat dissipation, an improved handle and metal coil strain relief for ease of movement and flexibility.
