Nachi Robotics Introduces SC06F-a Compact Robot

The SC06F is one of the new series of fast robots developed by Nachi. The SC06F features a slim and compact design with high-performance and speed. The SC06F is one of the fastest robots in its class with main axes speed of 140 degrees per second. Due to the powerful wrist, the SC06F has one of the strongest torques in its class and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications including material handling, palletizing, arc welding, sealing, cutting and assembly.

      The SC06F is ideally suited for installation in confined spaces and may be easily mounted in a variety of configurations on the floor, wall, inverted, or at an angle. The six axis robot is one of the fastest robots in the 6 Kg payload class. The new robot features low maintenance and routes all hoses, air lines, coolant lines and cables internally creating a streamlined unit, greatly reducing the possibility of interference between the robot and the work piece.

      The SC06F comes equipped with the new AW Controller. The AW Controller employs a 32 bit high speed digital signal processor for advanced motion control. It is equipped with a color graphic teach pendant with expanded programming capabilities, Windows-like display, pull-down menus and powerful user options.
