Micro Air Clean Air Systems has announced the expansion of its line of Extreme Air Downdraft Tables. Two additional sizes have been added to fill the need for various applications. The new XA23 (2-feet x 3-feet) fills the need for a more compact model with smaller footprint, and the new XA46 (4-feet x 6-feet) answers the demand for a larger workstation platform. The original XA34 (3-feet x 4-feet) table continues as the mid-size model. Regardless of size, all Extreme Air Downdraft Tables offer identical high-performance specifications: 3450 CFM; quiet 72 DBA operation; two fire retardant cartridge filters with 99.999% efficiency; energy-efficient motor with built-in starter and overload relay; easy access front overhang; built-in tool tray; easy filter access; convenient, high-capacity dust tray and exclusive Roto-Pulse cartridge cleaning system that cleans 100% of the cartridge area for maximum dust collection efficiency, the company said.
The XA series is designed to work in a variety of applications such as welding smoke and fumes, grinding dust and sparks, overspray from spot painting and dust from filling operations. A wide selection of options allows customization to meet any application.
