control box that simplifies the way Speed-Master high performance doors are
installed, maintained and serviced.
"The Flex-Logic interactive touch screen control box was a finalist in the 2006 Plant Engineering Product of the Year competition, is the first of its kind, and is only available on Speed-Master high performance roll-up doors.
"Located on the front of the control box, the large 4-1/2" wide X 3-1/2" high touch screen shows real-time position of the door panel, is the gateway to all of the door operations and makes it easy to program all of the door functions such as activation methods and safety devices with the touch of a finger. A table of contents button provides helpful, on-screen information about all of the door functions, eliminating the need for an extensive instruction manual. In addition, the diagnostics button simplifies troubleshooting by displaying the status of all door devices on the screen, unlike conventional smaller screens that display only one device at a time.
Other standard features of the Flex-Logic interactive touch screen include detailed events log; lock-out switch for unauthorized personnel; cycle counter; interlocking capability to other doors and equipment; and floor-level adjustment of door open and closed limits. The Flex-Logic may also be connected to a facility computer network for total equipment integration.
