Gulftech Sales introduces the AerPro
VOMC Series (Vertical Oil Mist Collectors), the filter for wet or dry collection
in grinding, machining, turning, and high-pressure applications.
The standard three-stage prefilter increases filter life and decreases maintenance. The new triple prefilter section allows one to select from three styles of prefilters to meet the specific application.
The design allows for the addition of HEPA, 95% DOP, and or Odor after filters. The new cabinet design offers all 14-gage construction; new easy filter bag replacement system, large hinged access doors, and direct drive aluminum BI blowers with TEFC motors. All VOCM's operate at 74 dBA or less.
The VOMC Series include inlet plenum, triple stage prefilter, main filter, and direct drive quiet blower. Performance characteristics include standard 95% efficiency. Also standard is one Magnehelic gage and blower/motor wired to junction box with indicator light. Currently offered in standard 3000, 6000, and 12,000 cfm (cubic feet per minute), each model can be configured to a specific cfm within its capabilities.
Key benefits include: continuous drainage, choice of prefilters, choice of main filters, non-overloading horsepower characteristics, longer maintenance cycles, reduced service and cleaning costs.
AerPro VOMC Series mist collectors allow plant air to be recycled time and time again to keep heated and cooled air in the plant, while simultaneously eliminating the high cost of added make-up air. In addition, these units will assist in meeting OSHA and insurance requirements.
Standard operating voltages are 230/460/3/60, 190/380/3/50/ Hz. For heavy smoke/mist applications, the addition of an HEPA filter will deliver guaranteed filtration efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 microns. Other options include floor stands and special paint to match the customer requirements.
Other AerPro products include horizontal mounted air cleaners, downdraft tables, dust collectors, and machine mountable mist collectors.
