Entry Level Laser Alignment Tool for Horizontal Machines
According to Ludeca, Inc., the
Masterlign laser alignment tool is an alternative to dial indicators. "Masterlign
is the only fully upgradable entry level laser shaft alignment tool for
horizontal machines," said a company spokesperson. It was designed with
easy-to-use dedicated keys.
The mechanism is independent of clock positions and produces a continuous "sweep". Results are shown with just a quarter turn. The Masterlign is an effective soft foot measurement. It is designed to be waterproof in industrial environments. Masterlign stores and prints alignment files.
