Introduces Long Length Machinable Uniforce Clamps

Products Inc. has introduced the long length Uniforce Clamp, with machinable
jaws. "The long length clamping jaws gives you greater versatility to machine
the clamp to conform to the shape of your workpiece, enabling you to fixture
difficult applications easily," said a company spokesperson. "The specially
designed steel wedge spreads the clamping force uniformly on both sides of the
7.5 inches long, 7075-T6 aluminum channel. A unique locking plate is provided to
make the clamp rigid while machining the jaws to your specifications without
vibration. These clamps, available in three sizes, use drive screws: 8-32,
1/4-20, 5/16-18 providing 500 to 2,000 pounds of holding force."
