Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is a dedicated UltraGlow Ion Nitriding and UltraGlow Induction Hardening service center. As a commercial heat treater, Advanced Heat Treat has experience with a wide range of materials and applications. Seventeen UltraGlow Ion Nitriding units provide them with the capacity and flexibility to meet most any UltraGlow Ion Nitriding requirements. The vacuum nitriders are capable of treating parts as large as 160" in diameter and parts up to 360" in length. If customers' needs exceed these dimensions, they will make every effort to accommodate their requirements. Advanced Heat Treat operates seven days a week, with advance notice of shipment, turnaround usually is one week.

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. also has the capability to Induction Harden parts up to 40" in length, 150 pounds in weight, and heat depths up to .400" below surface. As with Ion Nitriding, SPC procedures are routinely used on semi-finished parts to monitor part to print conformance.
