Durable Metal Products Introduces Cryogenic Processors

Durable Metal Products Company is an international manufacturer of industrial cryogenic processors, cryogenic treatment systems and accessories. The Cryo-Temper product line includes top loading and side loading models. Additionally, all DMP cryogenic processors can be custom designed to fit into an existing production line.

Cryo-Temper processors standard operating temperatures are -320¡F to +550¡F and -320¡F to +1200¡F, depending on which model you select. All high temperature processors are equipped to maintain an inert atmosphere using nitrogen or argon gases. Whether treating tool steel dies and cutting tools for wear resistance or stress relieving stainless, aluminum or steel weldments, DMP's cryogenic processors will deliver consistent results, stated a company spokesperson.

DMP also manufactures a special line of processors for the heat treating industry. The Cryo-Furnace¨ series feature air-operated guillotine style doors and heat generating ability of up to 90 kilowatts.
