Exclusively designed for high precision grinding and high volume production, Daisho's Grinder suppresses vibrations under the heaviest grinding loads with its rigid 3-block frame. Ideal for every conceivable grinding application, Daisho's 3-block box frame and symmetric design ensures uniform heat dispersion, and minimizes thermal distortion. This antithermal distortion structure results in an improved surface finish, and greater grinding accuracy.

The spindles in this grinder are supported by double row heavy-duty-angular bearing units on the thrust axis, and double row roller bearing units on the radial axis for smooth and precise grinding. The main-spindle construction uses an advanced maintenance free permanent sealed grease system.

Daisho's Double Disc Grinder will meet specific requirements. Available in horizontal or vertical models, Daisho's grinder can accommodate various types of loading systems, with grinding wheels up to 36".
