Heater is a high intensity quartz lamp, which provides instant, flameless
radiant heat, the company said.
"Model HL2 incorporates two clear, high intensity 500-watt tubular quartz heat lamps which can produce a surface temperature of 680¡F (360¡C) within 150 seconds," said a company spokesperson. "Model HL2 features two heat ranges; low intensity with one heat lamp switched on and high intensity with two heat lamps switched on. Heat intensity is controllable with the built in variable power controller.
"Model HL2 is the perfect production heat source for applications including; baking of electrostatic paint finishes, plastics curing and forming, preheating before welding, stress relieving, drying, hot forming, fusing, surface treatment, aging, laboratory testing, paint removal and stripping, paint curing, heating compression and more."
