Tyler Machine Tool to Host Demo Days June 10 & 11

Tyler Machine Tool Co., Inc. of Seabrook, NH, and South Windsor, CT, will host a two-day demonstration event under the theme of "Enhancing Productivity" at its Seabrook, NH, facility on June 10 and 11. All machines will be under power. Presentation hours will be from 9 AM until 6 PM each day.

"More than ever our customers need the latest technology and information to compete both at home and globally. At our Demo Days event our customers will be able to spend time investigating the technology that's available to them today and benefit from the additional attention they can get at an event like this," said Dave Tyler, Tyler Machine Tool Vice President. "There are no time pressures compared to some other types of exhibitions and the atmosphere is much more relaxed for our customers. The increased floor space of our facility allows us to demonstrate a wider variety of equipment and solutions that fit our customers' needs."

"We have many productivity enhancing products and accessories to introduce to New England job shops and manufacturers this year," said Dave Tyler. "The NEXTURN line of CNC Swiss Type Lathes available from 12 mm to 38 mm capacity and seven axes will be demonstrated along with the new X Series Non Guide Bushing machines with capacity to 45mm. The Yama Seiki line of high quality, low cost CNC Machining Centers and Lathes will also be displayed."

Mori Seiki's latest technologies will be demonstrated along with Mori Seiki's newest NZ Multi Spindle / Multi Turret Mill Turn series and 5 Axis Machining Centers. Many additional Mori Seiki technologies will be displayed including MSU, Mori Seiki's exclusive online training curriculum for operators new to Mori machine tools, machine to server communications and more.

"Also on display will be products designed to reduce set up time and operator intervention, increase automation and decrease spindle idle time," said a company spokesperson. "A complete host of machine tool accessories will be demonstrated which result in increased thru put including auto-load bar feed systems, automation systems, high pressure coolant systems, machine monitoring systems and more. Factory representatives will be available to answer any questions or inquiries attendees may have."

Door prizes will be awarded each day for people who visit and have registered. To register go to www.tylermachine.com or call 603-474-7730. In addition, a buffet lunch will be hosted during both days.
