SilverHorse Racing Car Shown at Tampa Machine Tool Show

SilverHorse Racing, a SCCA Road Racing team based in the Southeast, attended Arthur Machinery's Tampa Machine Tool Show (TMTS) on October 9-11, 2001. The annual event held at Arthur Machinery's Southeast division headquarters in Tampa Florida showcased some of the newest machine tool technology the industry has to offer. Machines, displays, and executives from Acra, Agie, Bridgeport, Daewoo, Edwards Iron workers, HEM Saw, Milltronics, Pro-Force Integrated Solutions, Valenite, and YCI SuperMax were on hand for guests and customers. Over 40 machines were on display and running for guests.

SilverHorse Racing, sponsored by Arthur Machinery, Inc., and MasterCam CNC software, had their #88 Mustang on display, which had just raced the weekend before at the Southeast Invitational Championships held in Savannah, Georgia. The team had finished 6th at the championship event, placing them 19th out of 111 for season-long points chase. Driver Marcello Canitano was also on hand, answering questions, signing autographs, and showing guests video footage taken from the in-car camera

"As SilverHorse Racing's sponsors grow to be leading distributors in the Southeast, the team is also growing to become a national level team," said Mr. Canitano. With the 2002 season fast approaching, a limited number of sponsor openings will be available to interested corporations. Offering product exclusivity, trackside VIP guest treatment, and many other services, the team is positioned to provide a wide range of marketing solutions.
