Felanco Machining is a Texas-based company that specializes in 3-4 axis machining for a variety of industries. With over 20 years experience, Arthur C. Felan founded the company recently. Because of his experience the job shop will be able to work with difficult-to-machine materials such as brass, titanium, plastic, fiberglass, stainless steel, tool-steel, copper, Inconel and Hastelloy along with aluminum and other steels.
The company currently has a
Bridgeport VMC 800/22 DX Bed Type 4-axis CNC machining center with travels of X=
29.92", Y= 19.29" and Z= 19.7". The machine is capable of 40 to 6,000 RPM with a
CAT 40 taper and utilizes a 22-tool automatic tool changer. Other machines are
also on the shop floor. The shop uses Auto-Cad and Solidworks for design and
part geometry information. Mastercam is used to turn the part drawing into a
file that can be used by the machine's control for manufacturing (Computer Aided
Manufacturing).
Felanco Machining is registered with Dun & Bradstreet and has a cage code as required in order to receive federal business opportunities via e-commerce.
