Automec Introduces Easygage Programmable Gauge

      Automec, a manufacturer of CNC gauging for pressbrakes and shears, has introduced a single axis programmable gauge for cut-off saws, ironworkers, drilling machines or any other device where multiple precision moves are required. The operator enters the position into the Easygage control and each time a cut or punch is made, the programmable stop moves to the next position for gauging of the workpiece. The chain driven DC servo drive system is available in lengths from 5' to 16' and prices start under $4,000.
