Hangsterfer's Laboratories, Inc. will
feature a full-range of metalworking fluids at the South-Tec Show. Hangsterfer's
complete product line includes coolant concentrates, cutting oils, metalforming
compounds, machine lubricants, dielectric fluids, rust inhibitors,
solvent-alternative cleaners, specialty additives and a complimenting equipment
line.
Hangsterfer's will spot-light the S-500CF at South-Tec. S-500 CF is a versatile machining, grinding and metalforming coolant. "It can help improve tool life and surface finishes," said a company spokesperson. "The most demanding applications including drilling, reaming and tapping of aluminums, stainless steels, titanium and many other exotic materials require a product as dynamic as this."
S-500 CF is also designed for many types of grinding, including surface, centerless and creep feed. Hangsterfer's S-500 CF rejects tramp oil, making it easier to continue use in machines. This makes it a possible choice for those customers who are looking to extend coolant life and reduce disposal related costs. S-500 CF is also designed to clean off without residue.
